Cancellation Policy

To ensure a positive experience for all students and to keep classes running smoothly, please review our cancellation policy below: ✨Student Cancellations Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will receive a full credit toward a future make-up group lesson. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, as group spots are limited. If a student does not attend a lesson without prior notice, it will be marked as a no-show and no credit will be issued. ✨Instructor Cancellations If a lesson is canceled by the instructor, students will receive a full refund or credit, based on their preference. ✨Emergencies We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review situations case by case.
