Cancellation Policy

Royal Treatments: A credit card is required to secure all Royal Treatments. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total service price. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. We truly value your time — and ours — so thank you for respecting our scheduling policy. 💕 Royal Spa-rties: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Your balance is due on the day of your scheduled party. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until both the deposit and signed party agreement are received. Cancellations made within two weeks of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable, as we dedicate our staff, décor, and materials to your reserved time. Royal Events: All Royal Event Tickets are final sale and non-refundable, as each event has limited capacity and advance preparation.
